Her expertise covers a broad range of sectors, with extensive experience advising employers on all aspects of the employee life cycle, including the drafting and implementation of contractual documentation and employment policies and procedures, as well as guiding employers through crisis management issues in the context of workplace investigations, misconduct allegations and performance management procedures.
India trained and qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, holding dual qualification in the United Kingdom. She retains a strong background in employment law and dispute resolution, having advised employers and employees on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
