Sean is a partner in the UK Corporate/M&A group. He provides corporate advice to companies and financial institutions on a wide range of issues including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity fundraisings and corporate reorganisations. He has more than 25 years’ experience in complex cross border M&A as well as equity capital markets (acting for issuers and financial advisers in relation to IPOs and secondary fundraisings on the LSE’s Main Market and AIM).
Sean joined Simmons in 2023 from a large US law firm. Sean is individually recommended for M&A and capital markets work by Legal 500 and Chambers.
