Silvia specialises in employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
She is a supervising associate in our Employment group in Milan. Silvia advises domestic and international clients on all aspects related to the establishment, management, termination of employment relationships, including disciplinary procedures, restrictive covenants, dismissals, negotiations, and settlements.
Silvia also acts in employment issues relating to independent contractors and agency agreements. She advises on all matters pertaining to HR management, with a specific focus on compliance and data protection in the workplace.
