Izzy is a Supervising Associate in the Digital Business Group in the UK, with dual qualification in English and Irish law, specialising in technology and data privacy. Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of regulatory and contractual matters within the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) and financial services sectors.

Izzy has experience in advising on complex fintech arrangements, ensuring compliance with data protection laws, outsourcing and intra-group arrangements, and navigating the intricacies of licensing, technology procurement, e-commerce, and other general commercial matters.

Highlighting her practical experience, Izzy has successfully completed a six-month secondment in the General Counsel Office of a FTSE 250 company, where she gained invaluable insights into the internal legal challenges and business strategies of a major corporation. This experience has further honed her ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.

In addition to her legal expertise, Izzy is the AI Champion for the UK Digital Business Team at Simmons and Simmons. In this role, she leads the charge in promoting the adoption and integration of AI technologies within the firm, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to legal practice. Moreover, Izzy serves as an AI Group Leader for the Dublin office, with expertise in AI regulations and contracting.
