Nina is a supervising associate in the firm's Financial Services Regulatory team in London. Nina specialises in advising buy-side firms on aspects of the UK and EU regulatory regimes.
Nina's primary focus is advising on regulatory issues including MiFID II, AIFMD, SMCR, compliance with the FCA Rules, UK regulatory perimeter questions and cross-border business, including post-Brexit UK and EU footprint considerations. Nina also advises on the distribution of wealth management products and retailisation, including the marketing and distribution of private and evergreen funds through the private wealth channel. Nina has also advised clients on the UK Consumer Duty implementation.
Nina also has experience advising on FCA applications for authorisation, variation of permissions and change in control applications. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Nina worked at the Financial Conduct Authority.
Nina has completed two secondments: in 2023, to the private wealth division of a leading financial services firm, and in 2025, to the legal team of a global private equity alternative investment manager.
