Nina is a supervising associate in the Financial Services Regulatory team in London.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Nina’s experience in the financial services sector includes working at the Financial Conduct Authority and as a contractor on several regulatory change and compliance projects.

Nina advises buy and sell side firms on a wide range of issues, including UK regulatory perimeter questions, MIFID 2, SMCR, post Brexit UK and EU footprint and more recently the UK Consumer Duty implementation.

Nina also has experience advising on FCA applications for authorisation, variation of permissions and change in control applications.

In 2023, Nina completed a 7-month secondment to the private wealth division of a leading financial services firm.
