Tom is a managing associate (New Zealand Qualified) in the London office. Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Tom was a Judges' Clerk at the High Court of New Zealand, a litigation solicitor at Russell McVeagh (a top tier New Zealand commercial law firm) and subsequently an employed barrister at Bankside Chambers (one of Auckland's leading commercial sets).
Tom joined Simmons in January 2023 from Hogan Lovells LLP. He works on a wide range of commercial litigation and international arbitration matters across various sectors.
