Antoine is an Associate in the Financial Services Regulatory department at Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg LLP. His area of expertise lies in domestic and cross-border capital markets, as well as finance and banking transactions. He also regularly advises on regulatory matters involving financial institutions, FinTechs and other professional of the financial sector.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Antoine worked at a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg.
Antoine holds a Master 2 in Corporate and Banking & Finance law from the UCL (Belgium), a Bachelor from the ULB (Belgium), as well as a professional certificate in FinTech from the University of Hong-Kong. He is member of the Luxembourg Bar (Liste II).
