Dominic is a supervising associate in our funds team in Singapore specialising in private asset funds and alternatives investments. Dominic’s practice spans the full lifecycle of investment products across a wide range of infrastructure, energy, real estate, venture, private equity and credit strategies, as well as carried interest and co-investment arrangements, managed accounts and other advisory relationships.
Dominic has considerable experience advising sponsors and institutional investors (including DFIs, sovereign wealth and other financial institutions) on funds focussed on sustainable infrastructure, including clean energy and climate transition, brownfield developments and digital infrastructure (data centres, telco and fibre) across growth markets. Dominic regularly advises on the formation, marketing and licensing of onshore and offshore funds in Singapore and the Asia Pacific.
