She frequently advises on technology transactions such as software development, implementation and licensing, data transfer and processing, outsourcing and supply agreements. She has a wealth of experience servicing clients of various sizes from start-ups to MNCs, in sectors such as digital technology, including digital media, e-commerce and blockchain companies, consumer products, life sciences, health care and financial services to name a few.
