Kira is a supervising associate in the Banking group, based in London. Kira assists in advising on a variety of transactional banking matters, including project finance, investment grade and leveraged corporate finance, acquisition finance and trade and commodity finance.
Kira joined us in 2022 from a large international law firm and has experience in acting for a number of market participants including lenders, borrowers, senior, junior and mezzanine debt players on a wide range of UK and cross-border finance transactions.
Kira completed a six month secondment at an energy and commodities company working in their legal team in April 2022.
