Amanda is a supervising associate in the Singapore office of Simmons & Simmons and a member of the Corporate & Commercial group. She specialises in the representation of leading venture capital funds on their debt and equity investments in the region, and also advises emerging growth companies in a variety of industries throughout their lifecycles.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Amanda trained and practiced at a leading joint law venture in Singapore, where she advised clients on an extensive range of high-value corporate transactions in Singapore and Southeast Asia, with a focus on corporate restructurings and private equity buyouts.
Amanda is admitted to practice law in Singapore.
