Daniel is a supervising associate in our Financial Services team in Dubai. Daniel advises investment funds and their managers on the formation, structuring and operation of the products / services they offer. This also includes advice on a wide range of financial services regulatory issues, including FCA authorisation, cross-border distribution, governance arrangements, and adherence to European legislation.
Daniel joined Simmons & Simmons in October 2021, and is currently on secondment with a large institutional asset manager. Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Daniel trained and qualified at a large Irish law firm.
