James is a supervising associate in our Contentious Tax team.
Specialising in tax disputes and investigations, James works on a wide range of contentious tax issues. His experience includes acting on professional negligence claims and appeals in the Tax Tribunal. In addition to his focus on tax disputes and investigations, James’ experience extends to transfer pricing issues and he has a particular interest in the tax implications for cryptoassets and decentralised finance (DeFi). James trained and qualified at Simmons.
