Leïla specialises in tax. She assists domestic and international companies and investment funds on their tax issues.
Leïla qualified as a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2021 and joined the tax department of Simmons & Simmons the same year.
She holds a master’s degree in business and tax law of the Université de Aix-Marseille (Master 2 Droit des affaires et fiscalité de l’entreprise - Magistère droit des affaires, fiscalité et comptabilité). Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Leïla acquired experience in tax law in Solvay during her apprenticeship.
