Cassandre is a Supervising Associate within our Luxembourg Banking, Capital Markets and Regulatory practice. She advises clients on various matters in banking, finance and capital markets, with a particular focus on Luxembourg and European financial regulatory matters.
Cassandre holds a Master’s degree in International Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (France) and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Université Le Havre Normandie (France). She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar (liste II).
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Cassandre worked as an in-house counsel at a top tier international bank in Luxembourg, advising on issues linked to securities services.
Cassandre is fluent in French and English.
