Niall is a partner in our Middle East construction and dispute resolution practices.

He focuses on projects, and in particular their construction. Niall provides end-to-end services across the entire project lifespan, from front-end procurement strategy, negotiation, and preparation of contracts through to project delivery advice. He has conducted large arbitrations in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar, as well as in Europe and Asia. His clients include employers, developers, regional and international contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on the construction of some of the Middle East’s largest projects.

Niall has also represented corporations, shareholders, suppliers, and government entities, throughout his career, in various corporate and commercial disputes. His experience includes disputes pertaining to minority shareholders, joint venture, intellectual property, and supply agreements.

Over his 21-year career, Niall has been involved in high profile court cases and arbitrations. They have involved meticulous planning (including choice of arbitrators and experts) and managing large teams. He has worked with many of the leading counsel from the Bar in London as well as leading global experts.
