Tom is a managing associate in the corporate team of Simmons’ London office. He advises on cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and capital raises, as well as shareholder activism campaigns and general corporate advisory.
Tom acts for a variety of clients, including corporates, investment banks, funds and private equity sponsors. Tom was seconded for nine months to the EMEA investment banking division at Goldman Sachs.
Tom is currently on secondment to the UK Takeover Panel Executive.
