Corinne specialises in energy and infrastructure project development and finance. She advises developers and borrowers in connection with project developments, financings, debt and corporate restructurings and acquisitions and disposals.

Corinne is Of Counsel in the firm’s Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure team in London.
She regularly advises:

  • Turkish company ATAS in connection with its US$ 1.4 billion financing (including with the EBRD, the EIB, K-Exim and K-Sure) of a road tunnel under the Bosphorus in Istanbul, Turkey;
  • Bulgarian company CGME3, the owner of the Maritza East III 840 MW lignite-fired power station in Bulgaria, in relation to its SACE-backed financing and hedging arrangements and its operations; and
  • Romanian aluminium company Alro SA in connection with its English law financings (including with the EBRD and the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank) and export trade financings.

Her most recent work includes advising: a Nigerian gas seller in connection with a French language gas sales agreement with the Benin utility; a Romanian alumina producer in connection with a facility with the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank; and European sellers in the disposal and restructuring of their logistics infrastructure portfolios in Europe. Corinne has also been involved in a number of project developments in Africa over the years, including in Cameroon, Sierra Leone and Ghana.

Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Corinne worked for 20 years in the Energy/Infrastructure Projects Finance and M&A Group in the London office of a leading US law firm. Corinne is bilingual in French & English and has been dual-trained in the English and French legal systems.
