Lena works as Managing Associate in our Frankfurt office and advises credit and financial services institutions on regulatory issues.
She advises banks, payment and financial services providers on compliance and risk management issues before and after the establishment of their regulated business.
Lena studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main, including a period at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in the department responsible for the supervision of financial services institutions, as well as a period in the USA.
Lena gained her first practical experience as a research assistant in our firm as well as during her legal clerkship at an international law firm.
Lena is fluent in German and English.
