She specialises in advising international asset managers on navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the Gulf Cooperation Council, including the establishment and licensing of local operations in key jurisdictions such as the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Nina has extensive experience supporting over 30 leading international asset managers with their market entry strategies, local setups, and ongoing regulatory compliance. Her practice encompasses advising on the most effective operational structures, cross-border business activities, and the full spectrum of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to asset management in the region. In addition to her work on initial market entry and licensing, Nina acts as a trusted advisor to clients on a wide range of ongoing advisory and transactional matters, ensuring continued compliance and alignment with strategic business objectives. Her approach is characterised by the delivery of clear, actionable solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, enabling asset managers to thrive in new jurisdictions.
