Sally is a Managing Associate supporting the Corporate group in London. She is responsible for creating insights and developing knowhow on recent and upcoming corporate law developments. Sally also provides advice to clients on a wide range of corporate law matters and she is a corporate governance specialist.

Prior to becoming a Managing Associate, Sally was a senior associate within the Corporate Group, advising on private M&A and corporate governance matters with a particular focus on the Asset Management and Investment Funds and Financial Institutions sectors.
