Alice assists French and international clients on all aspects of French employment law, whether in collective or individual matters and on both contentious and non-contentious cases.
Her advice includes all matters related to the individual employment relationship, from commencement to termination of employment contracts, including drafting contracts, negotiating and managing terminations. Alice also advises on collective matters, including relations with employee representatives, elections, negotiations of collective agreements and implementation of collective redundancies.
Additionally, Alice has experience in corporate support (on employment aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions).
Alice is qualified as a French lawyer and joined Simmons & Simmons in 2019. She holds a postgraduate degree in Employment law from the University of Aix-en-Provence and holds a Diploma in Legal Advice for Businesses (DJCE).
