Simone is the head of the Financial Markets and Real Estate (“FMR”) group in Italy.
He holds an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and is qualified to practice law in Italy and New York.
His practice covers a wide range of asset based and complex financing and private capital transactions, including:
- complex public and private securitisations on various performing and non-performing assets, often times with a multi-jurisdictional component;
- performing and non-portfolio sales;
- complex real estate financing and refinancing structures, including back leverage and loan on loan structures;
- structured project financing and refinancing arrangements, also through hybrid transactions;
- private debt transactions;
- tokenised transactions; and
- private capital solutions.
