Sarah is a senior professional support lawyer in the firm’s Employment group. Her role involves responsibility for the team’s knowledge function, alongside monthly, quarterly and annual insights and publications on relevant employment law developments. She also regularly supports and delivers training both internally and to clients.
Before transitioning to be a professional support lawyer, Sarah worked as a supervising associate in the group. She has broad experience in advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Sarah has worked on Employment Tribunal claims relating to unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and race, disability, religious and sex discrimination. Sarah’s non-contentious experience includes advising on complex investigations alongside day to day employment matters, including grievance and disciplinary issues, employment documentation, termination issues, redundancy exercises and assisting with multi-jurisdictional employment projects.
Sarah is actively involved in a number of the firm’s pro bono initiatives including Refugee Legal Support, BID and Not Beyond Redemption.
