Nicolas is specialized in corporate law and advices primarily French and foreign clients on M&A and stock exchange matters.
He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and complex operations, and involving listed and unlisted companies, such as public offers or cross-border transactions.
Acting on behalf of transferors, assignees, insurers, bankers and executives, he has been involved in various large-scale domestic and international operations.
He is also involved in the management of legal matters of companies belonging to the industrial, real estate or pharmaceutical sectors.
Nicolas regularly advises issuers, their managers and institutional investors on specific issues relating to corporate law, in particular with regard to corporate governance or issuance of securities.
Nicolas has a Postgraduate degree in Banking and Financial Law from University of Paris I (Panthéon Sorbonne) as well as a Postgraduate degree in Business Law from University of Paris I (Panthéon Sorbonne) and a Master’s Degree in Tax and Business Law from University of Paris II (Panthéon Assas).
