Michelle is a Partner in the Insurance & Construction team in London, within our international dispute resolution practice.

Michelle’s practice is 2-fold, specialising in:

Professional liability:

• Acting in complex, high value High Court litigation defending professional negligence claims brought against a range of professionals including solicitors, accountants and actuaries, brokers and construction professionals, with a particular focus on large law firms.
• Advising a range of professional indemnity insurers on tricky policy coverage issues.

Professional regulation and discipline:

• Acting for law firms and individuals, both in private practice and in-house, in defending (often high profile) regulatory investigations brought by the SRA.
• Assisting clients with internal investigations.
• Advising more generally, including on possible SRA rule breaches and reporting to the SRA.
