Helena is a managing associate in the Employment group and is involved in both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Helena has worked on claims in the Employment Tribunal relating to unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, disability and sex discrimination. Helena has also advised on day to day employment matters including employee documentation and been involved in advising clients on the Senior Managers’ Regime.
Helena joined Simmons & Simmons LLP in 2016 as a trainee. She qualified as an associate in the firm’s employment practice in September 2018. During her training contract, Helena spent six months on secondment to the Employment law team of a major investment bank.
