Eleanore is a Partner in the firm’s Disputes & Investigations group, based in London. She is also a qualified Solicitor Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings). She has a particular focus on contentious competition matters.
Eleanore is a leading expert in collective proceedings. She successfully defended BT in the first UK opt-out class action to reach trial and successfully resisted permission to appeal. Eleanore is currently advising a large technology company on its defence of two opt-out class actions. She is also leading the team advising in collective proceedings arising from an alleged cartel.
Eleanore has spent over a year on secondment to Google's UK Litigation Team. Before becoming partner, she was ranked as a Legal 500 Leading Associate in Commercial Litigation: Premium and Competition Litigation, and by Chambers as an Associate to Watch in Competition Law: Litigation.
