Andrew has worked at the firm for 40 years. He is a corporate, commercial, banking and financial services lawyer by background and has been in the region since 2005. Andrew managed the operations of our Doha office from 2005 - 2023 and continues to serve Qatari clients from our Dubai office as well as international clients on their business interests in Qatar.
During his time in London, Hong Kong, New York, Doha and now Dubai he has been involved in a wide variety of corporate, commercial and finance matters including IPOs, business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group restructurings, commercial contracts, equity and debt offerings and financings. In addition, he has advised banks and financial institutions on loan and financing documentation as well as securities, commodities, futures, derivatives and foreign exchange dealings. He has also given advice on the marketing and sale of these products and financial services regulatory and compliance matters generally.
