Amer is Global Head of the Financial Institutions (FI) Sector at the firm, and is a partner in the Structured Finance and Derivatives Group in London, with extensive experience of a variety of asset-backed finance transactions and securitisations, including residential and commercial mortgage finance transactions, consumer asset financings, covered bonds, and secured corporate bonds.
