Patricia specialises in asset management and regulatory law, in particular with regard to private equity funds, real estate funds and debt funds. She advises a wide range of financial actors such as regulated investors, insurance companies and asset managers.

Patricia has an extensive knowledge with regard to ESG. She advises on investments of German insurance companies and other regulated investors and assists in structuring and implementing fund-of-fund structures, fund platforms for indirect investments and tax efficient structured products.

Patricia P. E. studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and at the University of Glasgow (LL.M.). She completed her legal clerkship in Hesse and was admitted to the bar in 2018. During her legal clerkship Patricia P. E. worked, inter alia, for an international law firm in Sydney, Australia, and for the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. in New York, USA.
