Gabriele advises issuers and underwriters (such as banks, financial institutions and corporates) on debt capital market instruments, including the full range of products from structured finance and securitisations through to commercial paper (CP), hybrid instruments and debt issuance programmes, high yield bonds and equity capital markets products (convertible and exchangeable bonds) and the issuance of other debt instruments (such as promissory notes or registered bonds), as well as on restructurings, liability management and on regulatory issues, including insurance and bank regulatory capital.
