As the most recent addition to our China practice, the Shenzhen office is perfectly positioned to support our clients that operate here and in the Pearl River Delta region, which is fast becoming an innovation and technology powerhouse in China, and globally.

Focusing on the telecoms, media, telecommunications and fintech sectors, the team is active advising global businesses on a wide range of legal matters including GDPR and global data compliance, regulatory, competition, corporate transactions and disputes. The team also advises on intellectual property matters with a focus on global patent litigation, employment and compliance investigations.

The team in Shenzhen works as one team with our other offices in China – Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai - and works closely with teams across the Simmons & Simmons international network to provide local and international clients with cross-border legal advice.
