Sustainable business: Diversity and inclusion - a global perspective

For many companies, diversity and inclusion are a part of what defines them as a business. And yet - what are we talking about when we are using the term 'diversity'? Do all aspects, such as sex and gender, ethnicity, age etc. play the same role? Are diversity standards to be defined globally or must they take regional or even national realities into account? And what is the significance of diversity in the procurement of legal services?
