13 May 2021

Event

We are beginning to see some optimism in the world now, with vaccines becoming available and lockdown easing in some parts of the world. However, many of us are still worried. We would therefore like to turn our attention to the topic of anxiety and would like to invite you to our next conversation between our Senior Partner, Julian Taylor and independent Psychologist Mandy Rutter, whom Simmons & Simmons work closely with on mental health and wellbeing.

Our conversational webinar will focus on:

  • Recognising the difference between worry and an anxiety disorder
  • Understanding the physical, psychological and behavioural symptoms of anxiety
  • The contribution of our internal critic to anxiety
  • Exploring the range of strategies that are most effective for managing anxiety symptoms

This will be the second webinar in our mental health and wellbeing series and we look forward to seeing you there and sharing best practice for such an important issue.

The session will be recorded so if you are unable to join at this time we encourage you to register and watch on demand at a time convenient for you.
