COVID-19 - Update on HR and data practices for the new year
We'll discuss the tools needed to identify the compulsory/voluntary measures employers have to emplace. Also the legal consequences of employers' liability.
The health crisis resulting from COVID-19 continues to increase employers' obligations, from providing protective gear for employees to adapting and reinforcing security policies.
To prevent COVID-19 contamination in the workplace, employers might be tempted to set up employee health monitoring systems. Yet these measures may be detrimental to the protection of their employees' privacy, therefore caution is needed.
What measures will continue to be applied after the start of the second deconfinement? Will the use of homeworking always be required? Can employers set up a testing campaign? With the imminent arrival of a vaccine, can employers require their employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19?
For this new year, Claire Le Touzé & Frédérique Potin will present a second webinar update on the tools needed to identify the compulsory and voluntary measures employers have in the workplace. Also the legal consequences of employers' liability.
