International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised longstanding US client Moog Inc on the sale of a Luxembourg business to the industrial holding company AXXERON Technologies GmbH.
Moog Inc is a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components and systems for a wide range of industries an applications.
AXXERON Technologies GmbH is a management holding focusing on acquisitions and the operational development of innovative medium-sized companies.
The cross-border Simmons team was led by Corporate M&A Partner Stephan Ulrich (Düsseldorf) and Corporate M&A partner Arnaud Fostier (Luxembourg) supported by Counsel Karin Heydari (Corporate M&A, Frankfurt) and Associate Diego Alcalde Diaz (Corporate M&A, Luxembourg) and Camille Saettel (TMT, Luxembourg) and Martin Gramsch (Düsseldorf) covered the technology aspects of the transaction.
