EOS Corrugated Group – a French producer of technical consumables for the corrugated packaging industry company and owned by private equity fund Capza – acquired a majority stake in the Policart Group – a leading producer of polyurethane components in Europe – from sellers Alessandro Torresi and Dario Tassi. As part of the transaction, the sellers will continue to hold a minority stake in the EOS Corrugated Group through an SPV.
Simmons & Simmons’ Milan office served as EOS Corrugated Group’s legal advisors.
