Laurène is an associate in the Corporate – M&A team of the Paris office. She specializes in corporate law and M&A transactions. Laurène advises on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and restructuring transactions. She is fluent in both French and English.
Laurène is a French qualified Lawyer and joined the Paris Bar in June 2021, as well as an Attorney at Law admitted to practice in the state of New York since September 2020.
Laurène joined the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons in July 2021 after her admission to the Paris Bar.
Laurène holds a double degree in law and foreign languages, a Masters’ degree in English and North-American business law from University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M degree from Washington University in Saint Louis (Missouri).
