Savina is a managing associate in the Corporate & Commercial department of Simmons & Simmons’ Paris office.
She advises on a large range of corporate and private equity matters, helping clients to successfully navigate their way through acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and investments.
She has more than 8 years’ experience in assisting and advising companies and international clients on setting up and maintaining their businesses in France. She is specialising in mergers and acquisitions, with a specific emphasis on private equity transactions in the mid-cap market. She also advises and helps capital investors, both foreign and French corporates, mezzanine lenders and management teams on their ventures, investments, transactions, buy-outs, IPOs and restructurings.
Savina is a French qualified lawyer admitted to Paris Bar in 2012. She joined Simmons & Simmons in 2019 after spending nine years in another international law firm in Paris (Gowling WLG).
Savina holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris 2 Pantheon-Assas, a Master 1 in Business Law from the University of Paris 2 Pantheon-Assas and a Licence in Private Law from the University of Paris 2 Pantheon-Assas.
