Episode 3: 10 King William Street

This Christmas edition of Behind the Build takes place at 10 King William Street, directly above Bank Underground station, showcasing an overstation development project. The project features the restoration of a Victorian facade from 1885 that was deconstructed in 2017 and stored, now being restored as part of the new building. Safety is paramount due to the proximity of thousands of commuters below, with crane capacity reduced by 25 per cent as an additional safety measure. In this short video, Senior Development Executive at Helical, Elliott Saunders, shares his three key tips for successful development projects.
