Introduction

At the end of February 2022, ISDA published a new definitional booklet and related provisions designed to allow securities financing transactions (repos and stock loans) to be documented under the ISDA Master Agreement framework. Market participants trading repos and stock loans may wish to review how they document those transactions in light of ISDA’s new approach and the benefits it may bring.
