Oliver is a Managing Associate in the firm’s Structured Finance and Derivatives team. He advises on a wide range of capital markets, structured finance and derivatives mandates, with particular experience in exchange traded products, financial markets infrastructure, repackagings, OTC trading documents, custody arrangements, and collateral structures. In recent years he has taken a keen interest in crypto and digital assets, principally the structuring and regulatory issues posed by distributed ledger technology. Oliver is a core member of the firm’s Emerging Technologies Group, where he co-leads the firm’s work on tokenisation.
He has published numerous articles and briefings in relation to digital assets, structured finance and derivatives. He has authored two chapters, on crypto and interest rate derivatives, in a leading practitioners’ textbook.
