ELTIF Regulation published in Official Journal

The European Long-Term Investment Funds (or ELTIF) Regulation has today been published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The ELTIF Regulation will become effective across the European Economic Area on 09 December 2015 - as a Regulation, its provisions have direct effect in the national laws of the Member States and no transposition by local regulators is required.
