Giovanni is a lawyer in our Structured Finance Group in the Milan office.
He has gained experience in financing, securitisation and factoring transactions, as well as a broad range of financing matters, particularly in the real estate sector.
Giovanni advises arrangers, lenders, borrowers, note issuers, originators, servicers and other transaction parties on domestic and cross-border financing and securitisation transactions.
Giovanni joined us in 2024 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2026.
