Nikita has more than 7 years of experience advising multinational groups, financial institutions, asset managers and family offices on domestic and cross-border tax matters. He has worked across the Big Four in Russia, the UAE and the United States, with a particular focus on UAE and international taxation and the wealth and asset management sector. Nikita advises clients on the UAE corporate tax implications of business operations, investment structures and corporate reorganisations.
Relevant experience includes:
- Advising corporates and asset managers on the UAE corporate tax implications of restructurings, including the reorganisation of holding and management structures.
- Advising on the structuring of investment vehicles and asset management platforms, including private equity and hedge funds, for clients operating across the UAE and wider MENA region.
- Leading tax structuring and governance discussions with one of the largest UAE-based family offices, with a particular focus on UAE corporate tax planning and implementation.
- Advising international asset managers on UAE fund launches, including tax reviews of prospectuses and investment management agreements.
