Gabriel is an associate in the firm’s Disputes team in London. Gabriel works on a wide range of commercial disputes, with particular experience of financial services arbitration and litigation. He has worked on a £1bn ICC arbitration claim that arose from a capital raising by a large bank and, in the Commercial Court, he has represented an investment bank claimant in a contractual fee dispute. Beyond financial services disputes, Gabriel has worked on a class action before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and on a prospective investor-state claim under a bilateral investment treaty.
Gabriel read History at Cambridge before joining the firm in 2024 as a trainee in the London office. During his training contract, he spent six months on secondment in the firm’s Dubai office.
