Alain is a member of the Financial Services practice in our Amsterdam office, specialising in financial services regulation. He advises both domestic and international clients on the provision of banking and investment services, as well as on derivatives regulation and the associated documentation.
Alain joined the firm as an associate in June 2026, having previously held a position as a working student. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Law (Financieel Recht) from Leiden University and has also completed additional studies at the Universitat de Barcelona.
Alain Elias is an associate not admitted to the bar.
