Max is a Managing Associate in the UK Corporate team, based in London. He advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on private markets transactions for large corporates and institutional asset managers.
Max has significant experience advising on M&A across the technology, digital infrastructure and financial services sectors. His practice focuses on complex cross-border acquisitions and disposals (including separation and transitional arrangements), joint ventures, and VC and growth equity investments, as well as transactions in regulated sectors.
Max joined the firm in 2026 from FTSE 100 company Legal & General, where he spent three years as a senior in-house counsel in its Asset Management division. Prior to this, he spent seven years in the Corporate team of a magic circle law firm. He has also been seconded to HM Treasury.
