Claire is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution team in Dubai. Having trained in the firm’s Bristol office, she relocated to the UAE upon qualification and now specialises in complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, and high-value investigations across both the UAE and UK.
Claire has experience handling sensitive matters involving allegations of bribery, corruption, and financial misconduct, as well as audit negligence and a variety of complex contractual disputes. She also has experience in providing strategic advice on data and technology matters across the GCC, with a particular focus on UAE regulatory compliance.
